I didn’t read about the break in period-(wear em 2 hours one day, then 3-4 the next) I put em in my hiking boots and hiked 6 miles. My results were, No heel pain, very comfortable and very supportive. I will be buying more of these for my other shoes and work boots!! 5 stars 🤘🤘🤘”

"I’ve never had much luck using insoles or arch supports, but I was getting desperate because I work 14 hour days and a lot of that is on my feet. It was to the point that I dreaded standing up because my heels were hurting so bad, and my tolerance for pain is pretty high. Ordered these one night when my feet were throbbing and wasn’t expecting much, but within a week the pain went from about a 9 to a 3. Still a little discomfort at times, but still a minor miracle in my book. I never knew how much foot pain could impact ones daily life. Highly recommend these. The one pair I ordered has went in work boots, steel toe boots and tennis shoes. They seem to be a great fit in each. I’ll be ordering more soon."

"I am over weight, I have sports injuries left and right, I had plantar fasciitis on both feet and Achilles tendinitis on my left foot from a bone spur behind my Achilles. THE INSOLES SAVED MY LIFE. My right foot is at 100% and my left foot although still in slight pain because the bone spur is still there and will continue to b there till I get surgery. With that said it has reduced the pain so much I have considered playing softball again. I can move again. Btw give it about 4-6 days till u start to feel your relief.
