"I am over weight, I have sports injuries left and right, I had plantar fasciitis on both feet and Achilles tendinitis on my left foot from a bone spur behind my Achilles. THE INSOLES SAVED MY LIFE. My right foot is at 100% and my left foot although still in slight pain because the bone spur is still there and will continue to b there till I get surgery.
